My son never had the chance to experience a ride in a classic american muscle car, let alone a Corvette . So we decided to fabricate a solution starting with a slightly restomoded '67 coupe. In order to accommodate his needs, we put in a racing seat with a 4 point harness and installed a 2 inch hitch to the rear , hidden behind the license plate that popped up on hinge. The result as you can see was a very "special" ride that could carry him and his wheelchair. We enjoyed hours cruising in the northeast. Could be the only handicapped accessible corvette we are aware of.
