1962 Corvette

In February of 1966, my parents rented our upper flat to newlyweds. They wanted to rent the spare garage for a "special" car. Turns out, it was a triple-black 1962 Corvette. Jim drag raced it at the local strips running in B/Stock. He let me hang out with him and it was the best time of my life! There weren't many Corvettes in our small town back then and I had one in "my" garage. I bought my first Corvette in 1976 and we've owned 18 since. I currently own 5.
